1. Data we collect

Account data (registered users): name, email, password hash, institution, subscription tier. Used to authenticate and serve the DAPH spatial-analysis platform.
Analytics (anonymous visitors): aggregated page-view counts, device class, country (from IP, not stored as raw IP). Used to measure engagement on innovageotech.com.
Social media platform tokens: access/refresh tokens issued to our own brand accounts (Facebook Page, YouTube channel, TikTok account) used solely to publish our own content via our backend pipeline. We do not collect tokens or data of other users.

2. How we use data

To operate the spatial-analysis platform, deliver paid subscriptions, publish educational short-video content on our brand social channels, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.

3. TikTok integration scope

The application Innovageotech Auto Post uses TikTok scopes user.info.basic, video.publish and video.upload strictly against our own brand TikTok account authorized by our administrators. We never request authorization from end users and never read or post on behalf of any user other than our own brand account.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Social-media access tokens are rotated per the platform's policy (~24 h for access tokens, ~365 days for refresh tokens) and are deleted on revocation.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by emailing info@innovageotech.com.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Social-media tokens are stored on private server filesystem and never exposed to clients.
